QKR-150L VACUUM Homogeneous Emulsifier It is a powerful high-low speed mix machine designed for emulsion and cream to meet different technology, and applicable for technology of mix, reaction, dissolution, dispersion and vacuum degassing. It is most ideal equipment for producing ointment, wax, cream and emulsion while comply with the criterion of hygiene standards. Put pretreated material into wateroil pot, it will dissolve after being mixed with heat and inhaled into emulsifying pot with vacuum. With convective mix between low-speed wall-scrape mix of pot and fast-speed mix of center, material is inhaled into homogeneous emulsifier and goes through the process of powerful shearing, striking and turbulence produced by high-speed rotating cutting wheal and fixed cutting set, then it is broke into particles of 200nm-1um rapidly. Bubbles produced in the mix process will be exhaled by vacuum way. Cooling water induced into interlayer will cool the material and the way for material discharge is uplift the cover of emulsifying pot and overturn the pot to pour material out. This machine is composed by homogenizer, mixer, transmission box, bearing pedestal, electric control box, elevator, main pot and water-oil pot etc. Appearance refers to outside drawing.
