QZF-300 auto-filling and capping machine of glass cement QZF-300 auto-filling and capping machine of glass cement is suitable for sub-packaging and hitting of viscose material filled into plastic bottles. Controlled by quantitative vat, this machine can feed lids and tubes then filling, finishing the whole process automatically. Its human-machine interface is user-friendly and easy understood. Compared with similar semi-auto filling and capping machine in the present market, this machine features more accurate measurement, high automaticity and stability. It reduces labor intensity and improves work efficiency on max extent and can be used with hydraulic pressure feeders with any specifications on the market. It is controlled by PLC and has touch screen. This machine is applicable for sealing of glass cement, silicone sealant, silicone structural adhesive and curtain wall sealant etc. Connected with pressure feeders, put in bottles and lids manually, open switch power of touch screen and then press start button, the machine will work automatically such as feed bottles to filling heads and lids to capping heads. Manipulator transfers bottles to filling heads and material are filled in while at the same time it draws back bottles until filling is finished. Then cut ends start cutting with a high speed. After that, bottles are transferred to capping unit from left to right and capping and exhausting unit work together. Then bottles proceed to print unit. Finished bottles would be sent out of filling machine and being packed manually. (Package unit are under development)
